QUEUES IN AMADEUS


Amadeus Queues: The Queue bank



Each travel agency is provided with a default queue bank where PNRs and messages are automatically placed.

To display the queue bank, enter: QTQ

Queue number            Queue name                                 Description

0                                  GENERAL               PNRs sent to non-existing queues

1                                  CONFO                    Confirmed non-group PNRs

2                                   KL                           Non-group PNRs confirmed from waitlist

3                                  OPTIONS                PNRs that contain an option element (OP)

4                                   RPCHNG                PNRs where the responsible office has changed

7                                   SKEDCHG             PNRs with a scheduled segment change

8                                   TKTG                     PNRs that have reached their ticketing time limit

9                                   OA CTL                  PNRs controlled by a non-system user airline

12                                   XTL                      PNRs with an expired ticketing time limit

87                                GRPS                      Group PNRs

94                                MSG-CP                 Central profile messages

96                                MSG-PDR              Past date PNRs (PDR)

97                                MESSAGE              Messages
